Paraguay Residents is an Asunción-based agency handling legal residency, the cédula, tax residency, RUC and banking for foreigners, end to end. Operating since 2022, working in English, Spanish and German. We publish the government fees separately from our own, so clients can see exactly what they are paying for.

Legal residency starts from $1,600. We prepare your file and handle the process with the Dirección Nacional de Migraciones in Asunción. Since July 2026, Resolución DNM 407/2026 lets applicants show verifiable income in one of twelve categories instead of a fixed bank deposit, and we explain which one fits your situation.
