Founder and chef Daniel Kraschl brings his experience from Michelin-star and gourmet kitchens and cooks directly on-site – at your home, at the chosen venue, or on the farm. The menus are individually planned, ranging from multi-course fine dining to creative street food options. Additionally, NOCONA offers cooking classes on self-sufficiency, wild herbs, and sustainable cooking.

Founder and chef Daniel Kraschl brings many years of experience from gourmet and Michelin-starred kitchens. He cooks directly on-site – at your home, at your chosen venue, or on selected partner farms – combining high-quality cuisine with a natural, relaxed atmosphere.
