Off topic question because I am also learning Russian at the moment. I tried the Military Institute of Languages and it sucked big time. Since you say you have tried the Russian cultural center, can you tell me how much it costs? Their schedule, contacts, and most importantly, is it good or not?

It's very very good. Amazing teachers and good content.

it costs about 600LE per level.
:
schedule normally goes as 3 days a week 1:30 hours per session.

Who teached you to write привет like that in latin letters?!!! Remember you should write it like that "PRIVET"!
I also think that russian center is very good as my husband takes there lessons and it is not expencive at all.

ok now its better to know as i asked as its free for me
well i guess am gonna attend the Russian Cultural Center nowadays

as my major is Russian language, so Russian Culture centre is best centre to learn Russian ,  but you have to practice .. Listen and speak..

I am wondering if any one know any native russian  private teacher here in cairo? The problem I am only in cairo for just two weeks a month, so the russian center will not be an option to me.
