I am working with a reputed IT company in Kuala lumpur since 2018. I already renewed my contract in 2019. Now in 2020 again there is my contract renewal and salary increment also. I currently having 4000 MYR salary. What should be I expect if I decide to renew my contract?

MYR 4,000 seems extremely low for a monthly salary. I hope they are providing accommodation and travel expenses for you.
