My name is bharat .i am working here since last 8months in oman. I want to cancel my contract after one month. I have told the employer and also gave the resigning latter. But they are not allowing me to go. What should i do.

Any employer-employee dispute is best sorted out by the embassy officials.
Do not attempt to find a solution by yourself, as the success rate of any such attempts have proven to be woefully insignificant.
