Profession mentioned on GAMCA report & on all other docs do not match

It really shouldn't be a problem. Ultimately the designations in English does not matter. What is the Arabic equivalent is more important. In any case have this issue run past your prospective company's PRO, and ask for his advice.

Based on GAMCA report you would have already received your Labour Clearance and Visa ....so far so good !
Now it is important how it would be noted as you go for your resident card.

I believe , noting as "expert" is what matters ( do they write something like "khareeb" ?  ).
Of course the "sheen" from this has withered a wee bit with the new eVisa rules ! ( I am told earlier this category would have got visa on arrival ...not anymore !). Still their would be differentiators for other stuff .

As for Company Head vs GM ....put in another way , it could just be the difference between a "corporate Title" and "job title" . Suggest do not lose sleep over it.
