I want to buy a laptop in KL and heared the tax over these electronic and digital thingd are very high. Is it so?
Are these things very expensive for international students?
Are there any special holidays that there are big or great sales?

You can get Laptop in Lowyat plaza it's an electronic hub.
It's nearest Monorail and MRT is Bukit Bintang.
You will get all electronic items new as well used in good deal with shop warranty best of luck for your electronic shopping in KL.

my suggestion to you is buy a laptop from online stores like lazada, lenovo, asus, dell etc...these stores conducting sales and also they providing promotion coupons to users to attract them.just visit those sites and search for sales and latest offers. definitely you will get a good laptop within budget...
