Assalamalikum
I am indian and my husband is in jeddahand his visa got expired it's been 1an a half month it's not getting renewal and he wants to call me on visit visa.can he aaply for visa for me before his visa gets renewal ?or can my father in law and mother in law can apply for my visa?

If his Iqama has expired then there is no way that he can sponsor you without getting it renewed. And the longer he stays without renewal, the more illegal his situation becomes.
