Hi,
I will be moving to Riyadh pretty soon and wanna have some information about expat life. I used to live in USA and I can imagine how challenging living in Riyadh is going to be. But for my career I wanna have experience thats all I m focusing about. I am just wondering how is Intercontinental Hotel Riyadh Compound ?? (social activities, expat life, facilities..etc.) cause that is gonna be the place I ll be living almost 2 years. Can u please give me an information if u have any idea about this compound?

Welcome to the forum! Ive never heard of that compound and Ive done a ton of research on them. There is an intercontinental Hotel and its very nice. Its located in down town Riyadh.

It would be unusual to have you housed at that hotel for 2 yrs... Do check into this issue for clarification with your employer. Best of luck!

I agree with CAF.

Since long stay in InterContinental Hotel would cost almost twice as normal compound.

They might let you stay for a month or two till you find sutable compound
