Any idea where halloween items may be found in stores? I know the online places have but they will not accept cash and my visa is an overseas visa so they will not accept.

You can find halloween items on the following area after the mooncake festival.
1. Nguyen Van Binh St. in D1 near Notre Dame Church, the street with different bookstore.
2. Phuong Nam bookstore in Vincom Center, Takashimaya and D7 near Vivo City.
3. Fahasa Bookstore
4. A small store along the street of hai ba trung near Adidas store and Nha Tho Tan Dinh Church (Pink Church).

You could find at Hanah gift shop too. Search on internet and see which location is closer to you.
Another option, if you have a garden and would like to decorate it with big items, ceramic skull and ceramic pumpkin is an idea.
Last saturday, I went to visit a ceramic garden in Binh Duong where many traditional ceramic villages are located. I found one garden have amazing items, and some with halloween topic that I have mentioned above.
