We are an Indian citizen. Do anyone know if the spouse of Work permit A holder can apply for Work permit C in Belgium?

Work permit C is for special category like students or asylum seekers. Not sure if your spouse can apply. In other words based on which condition of work permit C are you planning to apply for your spouse ?

There is a revised list of criteria. Approval is on case to case basis. it is the best to check this directly with the department of Economic Migration .
