What conditions must I fulfill that for me as a German citizen a home purchase in Tanzania becomes lawful.
I am German and do not want the state to take away my house and land after paying the purchase price.

Hello Shagger,.
To reply to your question its unfortunately impossible to own land in Tanzania for foreigners.You can own it if you were acquiring it through Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) but its for the investors I.e for investment and commercial purposes.
On your part,For residential or commercial,you can purchase a house to use it or rent it, its lawful,but all lands belong to the government of Tz.
