hello,

i am filipina working on a yacht, i have conpleted and have an appointment in romanian consulate in dubai on september 23, i am planning to go in romania on 25th of september or end of that month. first they gave me appointment on 16th but i changed it because my vacation will start on september 9 and i need to go philippines to renew my passport. and be back on dubai on 20 of september. anyone knows how much time before they process a visa? willing to pay it rush! thanksss
