check out previous posts in the accomodation section. You'll find all the answers to your question already there.
As already said all properties are offered by all agents. And with agents you can have good luck or bad luck with the service and dedication offered to customers.

most of the agencies are similar to each other - but if you want my advice dont tie yourself to your first place for more than three to six months as you may find after a short while there are issues you are not happy with - bad neighbours noise pollution etc etc etc....and then whilst there look around locally if you like the area...and watch out for the ads in property windows as some of the best deals are done by word of mouth and these ads. also check out the locals shops and labour and band clubs and spread the word that you are looking as most malti have properties they wish to rent out and you can get some cracking deals.
