Can anyone tell me if healthcare / medical professionals from India can get a job in Malaysia? And where can they apply.

Unless they are a Specialist and can get a doctor in the private sector to sponsor them it is not possible. For nurses have to be Staff Nurse level, but again, highly unlikely will be able to get Practice Licence from MMC or Nursing body, Malaysia practices protectionism - if a Malaysian can do the job then no foreigners will be hired.

They are not specialist jobs and plenty of Malaysians qualified and available. Only Specialist doctors can sometimes open a private practice. Contact the Nursing Board for more informatiion or see the registration requirements for foreigners at MMC website. There are more openings in Academia for foreign medics
