The answer to your question is : Sometimes 3-months, sometimes lesser, sometimes none at all.

It depends on multiple external factors such as the standing of the company, your company PRO's 'wastha' with the authorities concerned, the circumstances surrounding your application, et al.

Best would be for you to speak to your company PRO and ask him to find out if back-to-back visit visas can be managed.
