My lcd broken as it falls few days back, phone n the touch is working good but the screen is shattered.

Doesn't matter if it's working or not, the whole component will be replaced.
Just go to any official Apple repair centre or if you want to reduce the repair cost (the screens you'll get will be also what you are paying for but won't matter if you can't tell the difference) anywhere in Falasteen street.
The best option you got if you want the original screen installed again (And save), is to the order an Ifixit kit from ifixit but you'll be doing the installing.
