I have a job offer in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. My working visa has been approved last May 15. Is it time to file resignation letter on my current job in Philippines?

Your company also needs to apply for your single entry visa VDR so you can enter for work purposes. You collect this visa in home country and it is valud for 3 months.
