Hi,
My Wife DP has expired recently 28 April 18 and she has left Country on 1-Oct-17 and she will not be returning to Malaysia because of new born. However, my EP has been renewed until 28 April 2021 while her application was not submitted by agent as her return date is not known at this stage and Renewal Visa is valid only for 6 months before which she should enter Malaysia again for renewal Visa stamping.
Now, I have got a job in another country and submitted my resignation. Can the agent cancel my Visa directly considering the DP has already expired & is it expired means cancelled as per immigration rules?
Please advise.

Only valid visa stamps in passport need shortening to a departure date. So it sounds as if only your EP needs cancelling.
