Hi all, Moving to Hanoi from China in a few months.
We have had the luxury of having an Ayi/domestic help assist us with cleaning/childcare etc.... i am trying to establish if there is a culture of this in Hanoi, i have seen "maid services" but they seem to be very specific in their duties and not much of a "talent pool" for finding the right one for our family.

Is there a forum or place i can discuss this and potentially vet some people to work for us?
