If Yes, what are the formalities to register it as a mobil restaurant?

Hello ! yes it is legal to open food truck business in both Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar, I live in Dar I always see people do that food truck at Masaki.
About what to do to start a business in Zanzibar? if you already have resident permit class A and work permit class A , Check these authorities Tanzania investment centre(T.I.C) , ZIPA , Iam sure they will guide you well
