Can we go exit on last day after magrib who is on visit visa

Asalamualaikum,
Hope everyone is good.
my family is on visit visa and i can see their expiry date is 16th June 2018 on MOI website.
i want to know can they go on 16th June 2018 at 9 PM flight from Saudi to India?
As someone told me that date will be changed by MOI after magrib.
Your response will be truly valuable.

Hi @sameer, I came back from vacation once and my Multiple Exit/Re-entry expiry was on 16th Jan. My flight reached Dubai at 9pm 15th Jan and was not allowed to board my 11pm flight to Dammam. I was in a biggggg mess.

Thereafter I always allocate a few days buffer for Gregorian/Hijri date conversion for my visas.
