I keep hearing one of the requirements for a retirement visa is Health insurance, life insurance (which I notice is offered in health insurance policies sort of) and third party insurance.

I have yet to find anyone who offers third party insurance. If it's a requirement why is it so difficult to find. Does anyone know of way to get third party insurance in Indonesia? I have inquired through insurance brokers in Bali and Jakarta all have said no they do not offer it. Someone must offer it somewhere. ???? Anyone have any links or knowledge on this subject?

I have health insurance and I recently got life assurance too as I'm pretty old and it would be great if I kicked the bucket and my wife got a small lump sum in addition to all the other stuff. I know health insurance is mandatory, but wasn't aware that life insurance was. Still, if you can find a good package then why not? The banks often have deals with the big insurance companies, so worth checking out.
