True, genuine Apple products are definitely not cheap in Vietnam.

I'd be getting your phone in OZ not long before you leave.  Likely  much cheaper .

Then keep the tax invoice and claim the GST refund at the airport on departure under the TRS scheme.  (Tourist refund scheme).    The phone is supposed to be leaving OZ for good, but who says you can't change your mind & it finds it way back with you. 😆
