Friends I was work in oman last 6 years at same company but now I don't want to work any more at same company I want change company but still I am not getting any offer letter from any new company.so how can I get noc from this company friends help me out for how can I get noc .....

Hi Kuber Giri,

Only your employer / sponsor has to give you the NOC. No one else.

For that, you have to ask first them to give you the NOC.

Whether they give you the NOC or not is entirely up to them though.

Thanks sumitran for your valuable information.

1) It mean this oman law completly trust only tha sponsor not for labor.??
2) if I got noc with out new company offer letter it is valuable or not ?
3) because my new sponsor dose'nt want give offer letter but after the visa cancilation and have noc with me he ready to give me visa is that possible ?
