FAKE ENGINEERS @ CONSULTANT COMPANY

I've wonder??? HOW and WHY-
1. Computer Technician,
2. Building Construction Draftsman,
3. Maintenance technician,
4. Electrical technician holding IQAMA and presently working as a Site senior Engineers/ Engineer inspector are accepted to word in CONSULTANT FIRM or CONSTRUCTION firm without Educational degree verification???

FAKE Engineers should not allow working in the CONSULTANT firm and construction field?
It is obligatory and big Liabilities for every person submitted with wrong information to
His IQAMA and position. They should be liable or punished for mis- information on their
identification and works by using the name ENGINEERS.
Please protect your engineer who pay yearly in Saudi council of engineers
