Work Permit Rejected- How to Appeal?

In 2015 i worked in one Malaysian company under their permit. Its under ESD. when i going to apply for my renewal its got rejected. after that i went back my country and joined again another MSC company in malaysia. its under MDEC visa. during this period i got a new passport also. now again my previous company is requesting me to join back to that company. how to apply visa under that company again because my visa was rejected before. or need to appeal ? because 2016 and 2017 i already worked in new company with MDEC visa. please anyone advice me? thank you

So was the new application by old company rejected? Or are you just thinking the worst? If no request made yet just let them do it because can only appeal a current rejection.
