If a housewife,never employed in Oman but on a family visa has her visa expiring,can she leave the country after the visa expires and come back on a work visa or will she still need an noc from her previous sponsor who is the sponsor for her husband's employment.Note:Husband will be leaving the company and will not be returning in this instance since he is not getting an noc.

The NOC rule applies exclusively and only to those who cancel their employment visa and exit the Sultanate.
