Hello everyone
I quick question I was married several years ago in Brazil to the Brazilian citizen.. She did not come to the US. The marriage was never registered in the US. I have move on and in the process of getting married once again to a US citizen . My question is do i need to file for divorce in Brazil or can i just get married in the US ?

You need to get divorced. Your marriage is legal in all countries.
