I am from India (holding valid DL) and have come on an employment visa to Muscat, Oman last week only. I had procured International Driving License from India before coming which is valid for an year.
Till the time I get my license locally, can I avail a car rental service basis the International DL I hold.

Hi!
Indian driving licence holder will have to undergo the formalities to procure an Oman /GCC driving licence to drive in Oman.
With an International driving licence/permit (IDP), you can drive in Oman, however do check with a rent a car agency for their confirmation.
