Employment Contract Visa Expires in next 3 months

Hi,
Can any body give a valuable advice please...
i'm here in oman past 4 years as a engineer and now my co. contract employment visa expires in next 3 months.
and i planning to change the job in same country oman and my co. will not gives NOC.
So i planned that i don't want to inform my co. to renew or cancel my employment visa and i want to left the co. and oman before the 2 or 3 days without informing of my visa expires in my co.
My query is
if i do same as i said above and just go before 2 or 3 day of my contract visa expiring.,
then i eligible or not to come back with another company employment visa or on visit visa.

Please Kindly suggest your opinion in the subject.ASAP
