It takes immigrants an average of 7 years to find a job in Sweden. I learned that at the 4th EU Integration Forum in Brussels last December.
I know people who have found decent, actually really good jobs within weeks or months of moving to Stockholm. Others have not.
Fluency in Swedish will help but not guarantee anything.
