There is only one easy way to get a visit visa for your wife ...

You have to contact your sponsor / employer and request them to do the needed.

Pretty much the usual ...

Forms to be filled,

Sponsor / Authorised Signatory to act as the sponsor / guarantor,

Photographs and supporting document copies to be provided, etc.

All would have to be done by your company PRO / sponsor only.
