There is no website to check.You must go to the immigration office to check whether it's still valid or not.

Why do you doubt that it's valid? There's an expiration date on it, if it's passed, it's invalid of course. If you've been out of the country for an extended period of time, it's also possible that it's invalid now. You must visit or call IGI in your area to confirm.
