Try Vincom Shopping Centre. There's a pen shop on the 1st or 2nd level rather. I'm not sure of the exact level.
Parksons across from Vincom Centre sells pens on the top floor.
For Mont Blanc, go to thegioibut.com. They're on CMT8, D3.
