I live in Lagarto, Sergipe, 1 1/2 hours from Aracaju. I have to mail my fingerprint cards and forms to a fbi channeler. What is the best way to send in mail from here.

I would suggest trying your luck with DHL or fed ex. Also please double check if there are any specific mail couriers that the FBI would be accepting the fingerprints card from.

I used the post office in Aracaju. They guatanteed 7 day shipping and with tracking number. No one has heard of fed ex or DHL around here. Pray all is well. This document was horrible and expensive.
