Compounds and Compounds Rental Tariff - information required please

Hi,  another post prompted me to do this, here is the ask:

1) Up-to-date list of all Compounds in Riyadh
2) Up-to-date contact numbers of all Compounds in Riyadh
3) Up-to-date Compound Managers in Riyadh name and number
4) Up-to-date Riyadh Compound rental details (type of accommodation, description, size area and annual rental.

If we can collate this info, I will put out an article with all the data on the Guide in the Accommodation Section.  However, this will not work unless all members in Riyadh get involved and do some research for this data.  Here goes, I will kick this off with this:
