i would like to share my experience in Tanzania i have worked in Tanzania since 2007 to 2014 it is a good time to spend their and lot of great memories. i have been learned from the citizen people like the great food of Tanzania and food service some of staff ate not doing their job through heart because they are thinking that it is the burden for then but after all they are not performing as per ability if they are doing their job through heat that is good and hard working staff..... some time i feel that it is lack of their education..........but i really enjoyed well in Tanzania i want to come back with same environment but i know, it is hard for me ......
