Thinking of moving to Malta from USA in the near future, I have 15+ Years of Retail Management Experience, my first question is, what are my chances of securing a job without speaking Maltese, and my second question is, how hards is it to obtain the Maltese Residency, specially since i'm not from the EU, your response would be very much appreciated. Thank You.

If you have not already read it then a good start would be to look at the 'sticky' at the top of the page, it may be 2014 but will give you an idea of what is involved.
