How's the sufing Santa Marta? I'll be there 6 mo but looking best waves carabbean coast. I'm getting penionado visa and old so long boarder now. But my kids can rip and when they visit I want them able walk straight condo to beach...yeah I know best surf pacific but that's no go land.

The best waves are in Palomino or Riohacha, Riohacha is 100 Km far from Santa Marta. In Santa Marta, the sea is very quiet, it's a bay.

Some beaches in Tayrona Park would be a good pick and it's within the city limits. Remember Tayrona Park is part of Santa Marta.
