Any body can guide how to get the visit visa (to perform umrah) for sister whose husband had died. She don't have any Mahram (no son no brother) ?
For Umrah visa travelling with Mahram is essentail.

You're mixing two things here, visit visa and umrah visa.
Visit Visa you can get it for her no issues, then you can take her to perform umrah.
Umrah visa she can come in a group AFAIK.

I applied online for visit visa. My iqama profession is as per visit visa requirement but I have been refused.

Visit Visa for Sister is not Easy to get. I am applying from 3 years but refused many times by MOFA.
You Can get by Luck, apply one more time.
