Hello sir..i just want to ask if am I able to stay here in Riyadh with my new employer after having a final exit with my current employer without going to my home country Philippines. Because my new employer told me to work directly to them after my exit and they will provide my iqama and visa because if i go home they cannot provide me with an entry visa..I just want to clarify this if am I illegally working here in riyadh in this kind of condition. Thanks for your answer!!!

You get 60 days to exit the country on getting the final exit visa. If you stay beyond, a penalty and ban will apply aside from jail terms and deportation.

You need to go and get your new visa stamped and then come back...as far as I know
