Depends on the area, do u want it near school of kids ? work ? etc?

Favorable areas are Salamah, Khalidiya, etc.

I am almost living near this area, and it will cost you around 18,000sr annual or plus for two rooms in normal building.
In case building is new and in good condition, can be 20,000 plus annual. My building is good i will see tonight if still there is two rooms flat vacant bcuz before two days ago building owner asking me to find someone.
