Hello, I am a Muslim American with US citizenship. I will be going to Riyadh on visit visa for nikkah with my fiancé who has iqamah. My question is would we be able to do the nikkah even if I don't have iqamah?

Best to get your fiance ask the Sheikh in the Mosque. Usually over here for the marriage you need medical tests.
