Dear Friends,
Im a Deputy manager in a Government Oil Company in India. Im getting approx INR 2000000 pa with CTC. I have 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in oil sector. I want to apply for KOC, what is the expected salary I can get?? What are the benefits and facilities for employees in KOC?? Is it a permanent job or temporary job??

Please help!!! Im in dilemma... whether switching from a Govt. oil company in India to KOC a better option???

1- Salary will depend on the interview and how you negotiate with them
2- Benefits and facilities for employee are : Car , house , ticket , petrol and phone allowance ..etc
3- To know if it a permanent job or temporary, you can get the answer when you go for interview.
