You should place your (free) ad in our JOBS section, not here in the forum.
It will get better coveraged there and remain current, here it's just going to keep moving toward the back pages as new topics are posted.
Click on the JOBS tab in the green banner at the top of the page and follow the directions to place your ad.
Also it is a very unwise practice to post personal/identifying/contact information in the public forums.
