Hello
I just need your input regarding an offer I was recently given as an Assistant Professor at Jubail Industrial College. The base salary is just over SR 12000/month plus other benefits. Is this a reasonable offer?

12,000 is a decent salary - assuming they include housing. JIC is a good campus, and Jubail Fanateer area is lovely, although a bit pricy to live in.

It is not good. So the Institute. Very poor quality.

I negotiated their offer and they agreed to increase to 14000 and I think I will go for it.

14000 is very good if you are not paying for housing otherwise housing will cost you at least 2500 per month
