Need some advise

It's easy, last month I went to dubai came back to muscat by road. From dubai all the signs are clear just follow hatta boarder sign.

Yes there is also bus service

thanks for your help but how can i get to their station? also i want to get the visa on board so where exactly should i go , from which road so i could get visa at entering

Im not going with car, i want to use public transportation
but while u were going,  was there any office which issue visa at border?

Regular Bus service of ONTC operates from Muscat-Dubai-Muscat on daily basis. The UAE office is in DEIRA (Dubai). All you need is to buy ticket and the bus will take you to Oman, crossing all offices and finally the Wajaja border near hatta where you'll be granted the visit visa / tourist visa of Oman.
