I currently live in Scotland and I am hoping to relocate to Cambodia in May 2015 if all goes well with my house sale. I am Executive PA and a first time novelist. My book will be published in November 2015 and will be available online. I have managed to secure accommodation with a family outside Phnom Peng. Can anyone advise me if I would be able to use my Windows phone and Windows Laptop? I don't want to travel with a lot of clothing and would rather buy clothes when I arrive. Is the clothing relatively cheap?

Cambodia has all the current technology.
Clothing cheap unless you have expensive tastes. Most any article of clothing can be had for under $10.
