Are there any expats living in Sa Pa? I can't find anyone listing their place of residence as being in that northwestern part of the country. If anyone does live up that way and wouldn't mind talking about the environment, lifestyle, etc., I'd really appreciate hearing firsthand experiences, insights and recommendations.
